Nervousness, headache, dry mouth, itching, tremors, dizziness, diarrhea, insomnia, and constipation are most commonly reported mild side effects. You do not have to worry if you get these symptoms soon after taking your first dose of phentermine, as your body obviously needs some time to adjust to the new medication.
